Once You book your new patient appointment, you will receive an email confirmation, including a link to complete your new patient intake forms.  These are submitted directly online and do not need to be printed.  These forms MUST be completed prior to your appointment. Out of respect for other patients' and the doctor's time, If you have not completed and submitted these forms one hour PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be rescheduled for the next availability, and your account will be assessed the $40 no show/late cancellation fee.

STEP 3: Your First Visit

  • Chiropractic Patients:

During your first visit, your chiropractor will explain how joint dysfunctions may occur, how a chiropractic adjustment is used to correct them, and the many benefits chiropractic has to offer. If you've never been adjusted before, this is a great way to have some of your questions answered by our knowledgeable licensed Chiropractic Physician, so you know exactly what to expect. The doctor will answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to initiating treatment.

After a consultation and exam, the doctor will determine if you may benefit from chiropractic care. If so, you will be adjusted on an adjustment table made specifically for this purpose. We recommend you wear non-restrictive clothing to make it easier to rest comfortably while lying down on the table. We also provide patient gowns or gym-type clothing to change into if necessary. A portion of your adjustment may be performed while you are face down, while other adjustments may be delivered while you are either on your side, sitting upright or lying on your back.

Our chiropractic physician treats patients by delivering a chiropractic adjustment. If, during the course of your exam, the doctor feels that care is contraindicated, you will be referred to the appropriate healthcare provider and/or facility.

  • Nutrition, Patients:

During your first visit, your nutritionist will explain the benefits of your chosen program.  He/she will answer any questions you may have prior to beginning your initial assessment/consultation.  Immediately following, your program goals and specifications will be discussed.  Your follow-up appointment will be scheduled at this time to ensure compliance with the program.

Our Nutritionist holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition Science.

If you have specific questions, needs or concerns prior to your appointment, you are always welcome to call the office at (407) 670-0890 and we will be happy to assist you.
